Historic Coast Pressure Washing is a St. Augustine company washing homes and businesses from the Beaches down A1A and across St. Johns County. Stucco, tile roofs, paver drives and screen enclosures are what this coast is built from, and every one of them is easy to damage with too much pressure. We soft wash what needs it and save the pressure for concrete.
We price from a published rate card: each surface by its own size, with a lower price when you book several together and again when you put them on a plan. No doorstep upsells. The number you see online is the number you pay, confirmed from photos or a quick look before we start.
Storm drains here run straight to the marsh, the Intracoastal and the ocean, so wash water and cleaning mix do not go down them. We block or protect the drains on every job. Plants are wetted before we start and rinsed again when we finish.
Every job is checked in and out in our own app, so there is a record of when the work was done. Missed a spot? Tell us within 7 days of the visit and we come back and rewash it at no charge.
