House soft wash
Florida stucco and siding grow algae and black mildew within a year or two, faster near the marsh and the ocean. A soft wash lifts it with a cleaning mix and low pressure, so the paint, the stucco texture and the window seals are not blasted. Priced by your home's size and number of stories.
Starting at$375for a 2,500 sq ft one-story home
